Reservation is good for three (3) days only. After 3 days if payment has not yet been made, the reservation is considered VOID. You must reserve it again, if still interested.

You can also email me the form if you wish.  Note: only submit the form if you are decided already. If you are still unsure about it, you can reserve it by PM or posting a comment.

Once we receive your orders, we will contact you for confirmation and the full amount of your order. (this will include amount of items, discount if applicable, shipment charges)

We will contact you thru SMS, Email or multiply private message for confirmation as well as the full amount of your choice/s. (Includes, amount of item, shipment charges and G-CASH charges)

Payment Terms:

Payments must be received within 5 day, otherwise, ordering transaction will be considered void. Please inform us if you need an extension. Canceled transactions made by the buyer should be made 2 days after the order was placed. The earlier you pay, the faster we can process the shipment.

Client must have deposited the full amount to our account thru G-CASH, (how to deposit refer to G-CASH process blog) within 5 days. Important to keep a copy for verification purposes, please keep the date and time of confirmation and the G-CASH transaction number until we have confirmed your G-CASH payment. An additional P10.00 for purchase/s of P1000.00 and below is to be added to your total bill for G-CASH and 1% of your total bill if higher than P1000.00 due to cash out fee. Kindly give us a text right away if payment has already processed.

You will receive a confirmation from us upon receiving your payment. Save the message for transparency purposes. Only delete the message once you have received the items.

A notification will be sent regarding the shipment.We will post the shipment rates in our site.Expect your items within 2-5 days. Preferred Courier is Air21.

Aglaia's CLoset's responsibility ends when the buyer have receive the tracking number. If shipment has not been received after getting our text message within the said date of arrival, it is your responsibility to check with the said courier. Note: Important to give full and factual details. (Name and Address and Tracking number)

We are willing to change DAMAGED goods. The buyer should inform us within 3 days, else the items are considered in good condition. Note that we will not entertaining money refunds requests. Conditions on the return policy will be posted in the site. Check out our blog for that.
